Fed: Sky marshals grounded over more than money - Qantas = 2

Senator ELLISON's spokesman won't detail the sticking points on the sky marshal agreement
with Qantas or estimate how long before the terrorist deterrents are placed on international
flights.

He says talks are continuing with Qantas to finalise the issue of payment of seats
and a few other matters.
